Taking a personal, hands-on approach, Joshua is passionate about the mortgage industry. He loves working with all borrowers, and is an expert that has seen it all! With over 25 years of extensive mortgage experience from origination to management and team building, Josh Leeser serves as Area Sales Manager of Coast One Mortgage. Josh also loves serving the community in many ways from Habitat for Humanity to Junior Achievement. One of his greatest passions over the past 7 years is his involvement with Haven of Rest Ministries where he has led many fundraising campaigns, food drives, and volunteer activities. Joshua is a graduate of Malone University with a BA in Business Management and proudly served 12 years with the Army National Guard's Aviation Support Facility as an Aviation Electrician Specialist. He spent time in Mannheim Germany, Fort Eustis VA, Fort Leonard Wood MO, Fort Knox KY, Camp Perry OH, and Corpus Christi Army Depot TX. Joshua also served on the Springfield Township Auxiliary Police Department as an auxiliary police officer for several years and attends Community Life Church in Mogadore, OH. Joshua is married and has four wonderful children.
