Taking a personal, hands-on approach, Joshua is passionate about the mortgage industry. He loves working with all borrowers, and is an expert that has seen it all! With over 20 years of extensive mortgage experience from origination to management and team building, Josh Leeser serves as a Mortgage Advisor at Emm Loans. Josh also is a entrepreneur that owns several Graze Craze locations as well a real estate investor with several top notch rentals in the greater Akron area. Josh also loves serving the community in many ways from Habitat for Humanity to Junior Achievement. One of his greatest passions over the past 7 years is his involvement with Haven of Rest Ministries where he has led many fundraising campaigns, food drives, and volunteer activities. Joshua is a graduate of Malone University with a BA in Business Management and proudly served 12 years with the Army National Guard's Aviation Support Facility as an Aviation Electrician Specialist. He spent time in Mannheim Germany, Fort Eustis VA, Fort Leonard Wood MO, Fort Knox KY, Camp Perry OH, and Corpus Christi Army Depot TX. Joshua also served on the Springfield Township Auxiliary Police Department as an auxiliary police officer for several years and attends Community Life Church in Mogadore, OH. Joshua lives in Village of Mogadore with his wife and four wonderful children.

I have lived in the beautiful area of Canton, Ohio for six years. I originally started my career path by becoming a notary public and then went on to become certified in signing loan documents which gave me a glimpse into the world of real estate. I had been interested in pursuing real estate for years and decided to obtain my real estate license. I serve the counties of Stark, Tuscarawas, Medina, Wayne, Summit, Carroll, Columbiana and Cuyahoga.
Additionally I am a Pastor with a passion for helping people and feel real estate is a great way to help people find the place where they can start their families or start over. I truly feel that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and have found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people with their real estate needs and dreams.
I believe in giving back to my community and giving my time to my Church and church-led activities as well as previously, United Way, various school systems and other organizations in Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, and now, Ohio. I delight in sharing what the beautiful Ohio area lifestyle has to offer my clients with my local knowledge and expertise; which include a multitude of outdoor activities offering gorgeous nature trails and state parks for walking, hiking and biking in addition to museums, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and wineries along with wonderful dining and unique events and activities for everyone.
